Why LifeCareer?
Life Career supports underserved youth and families in their lifestyles and careers. This cannot be fully achieved with a “one size fits all” model for services. Thus, the reason we designed the Life Career Service Logic Wheel. This visual interactive tool is a living, growing document that is updated frequently. It displays slices that are color-coded for different categories that represent industries, the needs of Life Career participants, in addition to groupings of the core services provided via Life Career programs and initiatives.
This tool can be helpful in identifying internal programs, external partners, and relevant funding sources that can be used to chart a critical path for Personal Development Plans (PDPs) created for participants.
